BEDROOMS

The property has the capacity to accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms: 3 double suite bedrooms with double beds, and 1 Twin suite bedroom, with two single beds. All rooms have air conditioning and television, complete private bathroom. Possibility of providing up to two children's cots.

INTERIOR SPACES

The kitchen and living room are open space, a space to relax and ideal for spending time with family or friends and enjoying the cinema experience, with free Netflix and cable channels. It has a pallet stove and central heating in all rooms as well as air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, ice maker, electric fryer, juicer... Everything you need for your meals better amenities. You can benefit from a cleaning service already included!

OUTDOOR SPACES

TERRACE: A good area where you can enjoy meals with views of the pool, the valley and the Castle of Linhares da Beira and the mountains.

BARBECUE: Barbecue inserted between two large boulders.

TERRACE: The house has a terrace with a seating area overlooking the castle, valley and mountain, where you can find a 2 meter high replica of the Eiffel Tower.

POOL

A fantastic and huge swimming pool, great for spending time with family and friends and which you can enjoy throughout the day. A spacious garden with a large private pool and landscape. 

The house has several leisure and rest areas where you can observe the wonderful landscapes of Serra do Caramulo, Serra da Estrela and Linhares Castle. Sun loungers allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful sunset.

 

REGION

The property is located 15 km away from Celorico da Beira where you will find restaurants and bars, supermarkets within a short drive, as well as the beautiful Celorico da Beira Castle and historic center.
